DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
1. DELIVERY LOCATION, TIMEFRAMES AND LOSSES:
Delivery times will depend on the distance and will be carried out by courier as specified in the description of each product. However, a delay in delivery will not be considered a reason for penalty.
The website administrator will not be held responsible for errors in delivery when the delivery address provided by the USER/CUSTOMER on the order form does not match reality or has been omitted.
Delivery times may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delivery delays, the website administrator will inform its USER/CUSTOMER as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the courier company makes the product available to the USER/CUSTOMER, which is documented through the tracking system used by the courier service.
Delivery delays will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the USER/CUSTOMER by the courier within the agreed timeframe but could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the USER/CUSTOMER.
1.1. DELIVERY INFORMATION, FAILED DELIVERIES AND LOST PRODUCTS
If at the time of delivery the USER/CUSTOMER is absent, the courier will leave a notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery. The website administrator contracts, as part of the courier service, a series of follow-up actions aimed at ensuring delivery is completed.
If after 7 days from the first delivery attempt no new delivery has been arranged, the USER/CUSTOMER must contact the website administrator.
If the USER/CUSTOMER fails to do so, after 10 working days from the first delivery attempt, the order will be returned.
If the reason for non-delivery is the loss of the package, Love The Football will initiate an investigation, which will delay the delivery. The website administrator will resolve the issue with the customer.
1.2. DELIVERY INSPECTION
The USER/CUSTOMER must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery, which is performed by the courier on behalf of the website administrator, noting any irregularities on the delivery slip.
If, after checking the products, the USER/CUSTOMER notices any issues such as signs of tampering or damage caused during shipping, they must notify the website administrator as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery, via email: contact@lovethefootball.com or by phone: 691601693.
2. RETURN
2.1. RETURN PROCEDURE
All products purchased on the website may be returned and refunded, provided the USER/CUSTOMER informs the administrator of their intention to return the product(s) within 15 days of receiving the order.
The website administrator will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
• The product must be in the same condition as delivered and in its original packaging and labeling.
• The return must be made using the same box or packaging in which it was received to protect the product.
• If it is not possible to use the original packaging, the USER/CUSTOMER must return it in protective packaging to ensure it reaches the website administrator in the best possible condition.
• Refunds are available for items not specially ordered outside the catalogue.
• A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, indicating which products are being returned and the reason for the return.
If the reason for the return is attributable to the website administrator (wrong or incomplete product, not what was ordered, etc.), the cost of the return will be refunded. If the reason is different, the return costs will be borne by the USER/CUSTOMER.
To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:
• Notify within 24 hours of delivery and no later than 15 days, indicating the product to be returned. This can be done via phone at 691601693 or by email at contact@lovethefootball.com.
• The USER/CUSTOMER must return the products using the same courier system used for delivery or another courier of their choice. The return cost must be covered by the USER/CUSTOMER, or the item can be delivered in person to our address.
• Inform the website administrator of the chosen return method and return date.
3. REFUNDS TO THE USER/CUSTOMER
The website administrator will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in the USER/CUSTOMER's account or card will depend on the card and issuing bank. It may take up to 30 days for credit card refunds to be processed.
